will it stunt hair growth?

not directly..BUT if you dont look after your hair, ie: dont so what i said above..you will split the ends which will mean going to the hair dresser to get them trimmed..thats something you should be doing anyway as they split naturally, but you'll be doing it more often..

hair growth faster?

nope, nothing makes your hair grow faster, but in my experience and this may sound stupid, what makes my hair grow faster is trying not to think about it..hence when i look at in the mirror after 2 weeks..im like sh*t! its grown abit

good luck, gotta pic of your hair?

lol the mid lenght crisis!

what lenght u aiming for? any styles in particular?

your hair sounds like most peoples, i have your length hair and am a fan of hair straighterners, but its taken time to learn how to use them properly, and yes i have damaged my hair with him

i would recommend them though, they thin out your hair, straighten it obivously, and basically make it look more textured and yeh it will look longer, throw abit of wax on after and you gotta style going

if your going the straightening way, make sure there a decent pair, ceramic plates etc..

make sure you condition your hair very often to keep it moiturised, u dont want dried out hair trust me

make sure you get a heat protectant cream which you apply when your hair is towel dried, it protects your hair from the 200 degree heat

i would recomend learning how to use them with a female friend of yours who straightens her hair, its not as simple as it looks..theres a techinique to maintaining straight undamaged hair, and the results can be very pleasing

hey all,

ive got medium length hair that kinda puffs up into a boofon when its dry. After its just been towel dried from a shower it goes about half way down my face but when it dries fully it contracts to above my eyes. Its best just towel dried because it looks longer, is controllable and straight aka not a boofon! wat can i do to have my hair in this malleable state?? also is it true straighteners damage ur hair? and can someone recommend some styles for medium hair.

thanks in advance for all the help!

ben
