mocha... when i started i had about 280 strands, handful thicker and some thinner and some auburn strands which disappeared somewhere in that install, i only used about 230, so all in all probably just a bit short of 1 3/4 bags of wawa, originally my back row was as high as you could possibly get it from the top but then i took it down cause i think that was what was causing some of my blending issues
with me its a bit weird, the wawa 20 inch straight was to my butt, im a short girl and my head is kinda on the smaller size
and velvet rollers are godly

amm, yah its the wawa straight 613/27, i used those clairol velvet rollers that jenny told us all to buy a while ago, theres 4 sizes and i use the 2nd smallest. and thanks so much on the compliment! yep im definately a fan of the v cut also and curly hair, and people are going to see a big surprise when they do a roundabout circle cause i plan on installing baby rosa ph on the sides of my face tommorrow, i have a little pink in now and i absolutely love it with this color
Is that straight WaWa in 613 with 27 streaks? If so, what did you use
to curl it?
Let me just say that is completely awesome looking and I love the
fullness. I've always been a fan of the "V" cut as well.
This is the kind of hair that will make people come around to see the
front. Ever had that happen where they do this roundabout circle to
get to the front of ya? If not, it's gonna happen. I guarantee you that.
ok so i trimmed it up and i actually removed a layer from the back and its looken a lot better and my natural hair isnt even curled in this picture
but whats really good about it now is i can take a shower the night before put it in a braid and it will still look decent without styling it
is it perfect? no but it is my first install and im very very happy with it, next time i plan on doing the blend from ph to get a better match on my hair, ill just have to survive the feel of the wet hair ahh... one mistake i definately know i made was i made my layers too thick on top so there wasnt enough hair to keep the long length at the bottom, which wasnt noticable when i curled it but who wants to have to put curlers in their hair everyday as the wawa does loosen a bit when its wet
p.s. - missy - nope did the back completely by myself! its very much weird at first but after a while you get used to it and then the hardest part is sitting there for so long doing it
stacy - yep these are amms shrinkies! yah i burned myself a couple times at first but then i got better, i find doing around your ears is torture tho cause their so senstive and so afraid to burn them ahh!
