Paul Mitchell Highlift Blondes. It is a color, not a bleach, but you would have to go to a professional. My stylist uses that on me and I lift from a Level 6 to a Level 10, cool blonde. I love it, it is by far the best color I have ever been able to get without using bleach.
2C-Fine-Normal, 23 inches wavy Base of ponytail circumference: 4 inches
Goal: BSL, Approximately 2 to 3 inches from current length
But If you've dyed your hair at the moment with permanent dye, I think It'd be a great idea to use colorfix to get rid of old dye, because just putting highlift dye in your hair without removing any of the articifical pigments can cause them to redevelop which would make your hair even darker than it is now.

Hello Ive been reviewing the posts here for awhile and I can't seem to find anything about the lightest (bleach-like) effect but without the bleach. Ive dyed my hair for about 10 years so, as far as I know im not able to bleach it now.
But I want to go very very light blonde and Ive been experimenting with different dyes. My roots are brown now, they darkened over time.
Has anyone else found a very light blonde shade that they liked?
