That is wig base, but if it's what I think it is, it's raw wig
material- not a head-shaped base for a wig, just the fabric. I know Doc
Locks and HisandHer carry pre-made wig bases.
Yup, that's Bigen...but let me warn you, it only dyes your hair one color - very dark - no matter what color you buy. It is not henna and it is not metallic. Unfortunately, it's coal-based, which may or may not be something you want to use on your head. I will say one thing: it covers gray like a mofo, and makes your hair super shiny. It made to cover gray in Asain hair, so there you go. And by oxidative, do you mean does it use peroxide or ammonia? No. It uses coal. It's a powder you mix with water, apply, and then watch out.
I'd go with Waterworks instead, available at Sally's.
