Ok, I've been looking for a haircut like this for a while, and had no luck in how to cut it. I just got a short cut, barely brushes my shoulders, with choppy mixed up layers, and wanna know how you would go about getting pieces to stick out like in this picture. I think that's how I wanna cut it next time! Please help me, I'm new to this board!
