Hi everyone! I am soaking up this site!

I am so happy I happened upon this site this morning!! I have not been able to stop reading the posts. I have shoulder length relaxed hair that just suffered a self inflicted color disaster. I was going for light brown highlights-I had black hair, so I bought bleach, and needless to say- ended up with very brassy orange. After reading a few posts on this site I realize that this is a vintage mistake- but I have not seen any responses on what to do when it happens to ethnic, relaxed hair? I really wish I would have found this site BEFORE trying color on my own hair. Because I wore braids for so long- I am now 'learning' how to do my own hair again...scary so far. Thanks for having me- looking foreward to a long membership!
