I've noticed that one side is a bit cooler than the other.  Its that side that's cooler that keeps going hot and cold, I've found an english supplier of those exact same clamps with an english plug instead of an American so I'm going to get a spare just in case xx

That sucks Amanda, did you call docs and see if they can do anything about it?  I haven't had this prob..... yet!

I have the DOcs clamp and noiced that one side is consistently slightly cooler than the other but not in and out.

I have had that problem but I thought it was the shrinky. It hapens to me with the black ones.

Just wondered if anybody else had had problems with their heat clamp.  I've got the one that's from the Doc's.  I've noticed the last couple of times that I've used it that one side keeps going hot and cold, I've say in the four hour install it did it twice and I knew of course cos the shrinkie didn't shrink properly, do you think its on its way out?
