I remember being teased when I was a teen, and had long hair (about
shoulder-length)... even though long hair was not uncommon for guys at
the time. But I didn't care; it didn't bother me.
Long hair is for anybody and everybody who wants it.
Thanks Dave. It's funny how traditionally long hair is worn by females and yet.....in this case it's reversed we love it. I remember back in elementary and high school if males wore their hair any longer then chin length, they were made fun of. :(
Way to go Dave, we love you for your decision to go with long long long hair.
Long hair just aint for females. :)

My hair is fine, , I'm maintaining my short length and having fun coloring it myself. No more red for me now, it's too high maintenance with the sun and summer. I'm coloring medium to dark browns, to blend in with my natural colors. But, you know, the irony of color is that once you start to color, you always need to color, or get the old color cut off. I'm ranting. Chow.
**Hair type: 2a, which is wavy and fine.
**Color: Naturally dark brown, currently dyed reddish brown.
**Length: below shoulder length

Thank you for your kind words. How is your hair doing these days?
I almost always wear my hair in a single braid; sometimes loose if I'm
just hanging around. Wash & condition once per week, basic
instructions here;
nowadays I usually follow-up with a diluted vinegar rinse at the end
before wringing out the excess wetness and combing. Air
dry. I used to trim the ends periodically, but I have been on a
quest to find out terminal length (I think I'm just about there).
I don't and have never colored. I don't believe I'll color when
the greys start sprouting (I have a few here and there). I hope
this answers your questions.

Wow, it's beautiful! It's like a whole other person. I'm curious, do you wear your hair down; up in a pony; how do you wash/or condition; do you get the ends trimmed; have you ever colored; would you color if you go grey (I know guys aren't as obsessed with grays as females are). Sorry for all the questions, I'm curious at heart.

Thank you for your kindness, Sweet_Ambrosia and Jade30!
Jade30... My hairy friends love it. My other friends don't
necessarily understand why I have it, but they all accept my choice.
I had long hair (shoulder) for awhile as a teen, and liked it that
way. Never did think I'd get (or rather, make) the opportunity to
grow it long again. Didn't really have a max-length set in mind,
and here I am, at max length.
Yeah that's very stunning hair Dave (jealous :P). I'm curious, what do your friends say about your hair? Growing up, have you always had or known that you wanted long hair as an adult?
