New products...anyone tried em?

I've been looking at the L'oreal Sublime Slim products.  Their website says that it can take up to a 1/2 inch off of your legs!  This is a pretty amazing claim, and I can't imagine that a lotion could do such a thing, but has anyone had good results with this product?

Also, the Veet waxing looks interesting.  I'll be going on vacation in July and the thought of not shaving while I'm away is verrry appealing.  Their ads claim results last for 4 weeks.  Has anyone used any of their wax products (Comfort Wax, Cold Wax, Express Roll-On Gel Wax, etc.) and has the results really lasted for 4 weeks?
