Isopropyl (rubbing) alcohol often works well at removing hair color
from your skin. Use 70% though, because 99% kind of burns.
Soak a cotton ball with the alcohol and rub it on a patch to see if it
helps fade the dye. It can also help remove dye from your
bathroom counters. =)

it should fade away with bathing, it really sticks to the hands, it will take a few dayz, specially if it's really dark dye.
if you get it on ur face, use a damn warm cloth and rub. My friend got
her hair dyed black the DAY before her graduation but a horrible
hairdresser taht got it on her forehead, neck, cheeks, ears... it
didn't come out for a few dayz. She had to use ALOT of cover up to mask
it.
She also practically scrubbed her face off.
