I've read in several medical journals that eating nuts and green leafy vegetables, drinking plenty of water as opposed to soda and excercising will actually not just improve your overall health but will give your hair a boost and will help it groW!!
I believe it only because it has worked on me in the past. All the best to YOU!!!! ...............fawnsweet!!!
This too shall pass!!!

In the next two months your hair will probably grow 1", depending on your normal rate of growth.
It's unlikely that there's anything you can do that will significantly affect your hair growth rate. Vitamin E may be good for you if your diet is deficient, but it's not supposed to make your hair grow faster.
If you notice more shedding, it's probably that as your hair grows longer, the shedding hairs are more noticeable, though it may also be a normal seasonal (or hormonal) fluctuation. If you observe actual thinning on your scalp, you should see a dermatologist.
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
hi... i was wondering if anyone had any methods on how to make hair grow faster? someone just recommended me taking vitamin E pills... i also heard that prenatal pills make your hair grow faster? my friend's wedding is aug 20 so any more length on my hair would be awesome... if it's not long enough i think i might get even get extensions! haha.
also... i had a question about thinning hair... is there anything you could take to prevent/treat it? i've noticed that more strands are falling out compared to before.
**if u have any tips, methods, recommendations on shampoos, conditioners, pills, or anything else for growing hair faster or thinning hair....well, growing hair faster especially, please help! thanks a lot!**
i eventually want to grow it out to my lower back, but i don't think that could happen in this given time period. haha. i am also new to these boards.... ive read bulletins before, but i never registered til today...
