I like the 360 but sporting waves is kinda the same so that's good to use. I used Nu-Nile for a lil while but my hair too thick now so I don't use it anymore. I just use the ice pomade. Wehn I get my hair cut in about a month, I'l start to use Nu-Nile again.
jiggs i use sportin' gold and im thinking of switching to nu nile or ice pomade any suggestions anywayz yo waves are tight and space out so keep brushing

When you get a trim do you put pomade in your hair?
U could but, it'll still make it tough for ur barber to trim the loose hairs and give u a proper shape up, so I wouldn't. Only thing u should use when going to the barber is moisturizer (pink lotion).
I'm getting a shape-up 2morrow, NOT A CUT!!!...For those that don't know, a shape-up is like a trim. Just cutting off the wildly growing hair. The only reason I'm getting it is because I'm going to the Jets game this week and I'm chilling in the city so I don't wanna look all nappy.
6 weeks w/o a cut us ay i went a month and 3 dayz and my shyt looked like a nappy mini afro now i got a cut and shyt wasnt there only on tha sides il post pics tonight this is day 3 since i got my cut and my waves are lookin clean and thats only with WATER.. ill try dax tnight

It looks good who cares if its kitted or not, I mean some vets might be wildin about another dudes hair but thats their problem, homosexual or not LOL
Anyway. I got a quick question since all the smart people seem to be in here...how do you get 360 waves to connect from the top to the sides? any tips...cause i dont want to**** up now and have to do it over later...
right now im brushing top forward, sides at an angle away from my eyes, and the back down...that sounds right, right?
and for the very top hairs on my head where the top meets the back, they seem to never stay put...any tips??? ONE

Damn the kit is still showing in your hair. You doing what you doing jigga made me insipre myself to do it. I was going to cut my hair after 4 weeks but , now im going till wait till 10 weeks. I already see a big improvement on the waves I lost when I had to get a bald cut against the grain. Just keep doing what you doing and you will be straight.

Yea it does wash out some but it's got some thickness to it so some just stays in...you see the pics yourself, look how shiny my hair is. It's still in my hair even though I run the water on it. I found it weird when Cash told me that but it's just an experiment for me as of now.
yea I wet my hair first then put the Nu-Nile in and brush. I tried it instead of putting pomade in after I get out the shower. I take a hot shower so the Nu-Nile melts down so there's no need for me to use a hot towel. Plus it doesn't really leave a trace of pomade. Since my hair is getting thicker, it's difficult for me to put thick pomades in and rub it all through without leaving a trace of pomade but this method helps. It just looks real shiny like I put grease in it instead of white from the pomade. Plus it kinda straightens my hair so it won't look too nappy.
so wat u do wit it...wet ur hair then put tha nunile in then brush more in tha shower? or put it on before u step in tha shower like while its stil dry
I just use the "cashflow method". I put the pomade in my hair while in the shower and when I come out, that's how it looks. I put it in my hair then brush a whole lot in the shower. When I come out I just durag it for like 20min then take it off and brush some more.
yo jig how much nu nile did you put in yo hair to make it slick down like that. you got tha same problem i got with you right side my left stong but my right still curls up
