I brush in the shower but not like I used to. I do a hot oil n condition every couple of days when im in the shower, n when I dont condition I use palmers shea like cashflow does wit pomade

I know alot of wavers insist that brushing in the shower helps a whole lot. I tried it and didn't really see the point unless I was doing the Cashflow method after my hair was 3 weeks long.

What I'd like to know is: do you have a shower method? what is it? and do you think it really helps?
