why are you using gel? thats an outdated product that was big in the 80s..
if the gel your using does contain alcohol, then throw it away! its evidently a cheap sort of gel that will do nothing but damage your hair..
a few tips;
try a 'hot oil' treatment to deep condition your hair..maybe once a week and till it re moisturises itself
look around from some coconut oil or another sort of leave in hair moisturiser..it works!
use another hair product! i dont know much about curls..but im sure there are mouses that u can scrunch your hair with to achieve the same effect but much healthier for ur hair
Hello. I've dyed my hair a few times over the years, but just recently I dyed it a similar color to my original hair color, because I want my natural color back forever. When I take a shower, I do use shampoo and conditioning. No matter what one I use, when I get out of the shower and air dry or blow dry my hair, it becomes EXTREMELY poofy, frizzy, and so so so dry! It looks like I got electrocuted. I do not know why my hair is like this, and I hate it. Therefore when I get out of the shower, I usually scrunch my hair with la looks curl gel and my hair becomes curly, which I like. This solves my frizzy/poofy problem, but not the dryness. My hair is extremely dry and I think it is because of the alcohol in the hair gel. But I NEED the hair gel, my hair sucks! I really do not know what to do! Should I go to a professional and get help, or can you please help me? THANK YOU.
