how to get waves

before big carl even created this topic he had pm'd me with the same question. i gave him the link to the 360vet method thread and told him that just about everthing he needs to know is in that thread, but he still decided to create this thread.

questions like urs has been posted alot o i think u should save urself some from the vets before they get on you a question like this man u should private message someone not post cause this question has been answered alot, now i dont know some of the vets might tell you or the groupies but i'm telling you to read old threads to find that answer
