It could also be that bobby valentino's hair is naturally that texture.

Like BrownEyez said, you may be underprocessing. A texturizer should give you a stretched out version of your natural coils. So the resulting look depends on what your natural texture is.

Natural
-Toothpick-width springs, slightly bigger springs & some frizzy tight waves
-Length: 4" past shoulders, 8.5-10.5" total
-Post on: NP, BHT, HB, OHJ & NC. But I'm not the Miss Brown on LHCF!

Are you sure you're not over/under processing it? Be sure you carefully read and follow the directions?

my hair looks exactly the same when im done i never get that real curly look like say bobby valentino
