in a previous post cmesweet had a rose water recipe. Added light colored roses to a jar of distilled water place on a windowsill in the sunlight and shake twice a day for one week.

i dont know if it helps hair grow but i KNOW its very moisturising. I have rose "hydrosol" which is the same thing but this one is natural and has no added ingredients. the ones you get in the stores have additives and stuff. When my hair starts feeling a little dry, i just spray a little of my rose hydrosol and it helps a lot. a little even goes a long way. i also mix mine with aloe juice, glycerin and water. HTH
