Curly hair just looks like more it has a greater volume.Your own hair hides away better than with straight. You could curl the straight but this would still have more volume because of the texture the perm gives it

hmm now I can't decide - I could have 20in but have to buy two packs....

why is the FR so much different - does it just look fuller b/c of the curl (if you only need one pack)

I'm confused now - couldn't you get say the bodywave and set it in curlers? why such the difference on amount to instal?

Yowza!

The one good thing about Bohyme body wave is that if you bought, say, 18", after the one wash where the wave disappears, you now have 20" hair. They don't skimp on the length.

I've used the bodywave once and wouldn't bother again.  I don't see the point as the curl washes out after one wash.  You definitely would need more than one pack of it, especially after it goes straight after its been washed.xx

Do you ever use the body wave? and would one pack do for that as well?

Thanks guys.  I'm so proud cos its my first curly one.  She was swishing it around and stuff and playing with it when I'd done, she absolutely loved it and she texted me this morning saying her hubby loved it too.  The photos actually don't do it justice.  There was definitely more than enough hair in one pack xxxxxx

I allways put some silicone drops on the ends of my FR I used ones by big sexey but any will do I supose. I don't think that puting in straight under is going to work well. The curl will jump up and you will have straight ends hanging out. I wonder if you can perm the straight stuff?

Thanks Marie.  I spoke to her last night and I said to her that we could probably fill in the underneath with straight 613 bohyme so the curl would lay on top and she said that was fine.  Just one question.  I washed the hair last night and I've been scrunching it every now and then but as its drying its a tad frizzy on the ends.  What do I put on it to combat that? x

She is just going to have to wait  till you get maore hair just or let her know that you can do it as I described and she may have to wear it in a pony till you can get the rest. At least she will have a long pony. Not much else you can do hun : (

If there is NO way to get another bag Try this.Skipp rows leave enough space to go back and install another row if needed or if there is hair left you can go back to the spots you skiped. If I run in to the same problem I like to do the top frist because that is where a lack of hair is going to show the most so make sure you have enough there frist. then go back to botom and work up then you will have a beter idea of what is needed .

For a full head of extensions, I always order 2 packages of hair, epecially at the 18" length.  If it was 14" hair, you get a longer weft, than perhaps only 1 package would work.

With 18 your geting less hair but it depends on how thick hers is.I try and grab the bulk of there hair in a pony just with your hands you dont have to make one, then feel how big the pony of washed FR is if there close or the FR is feels like more your ok. You could just tell her that you need to buy more hair and that she will have some for next time. Yes, Bohyme has a sealent and after washing it dosent look like barbie hair!  If you want you can scrunch or dry them the way you would any curly client
