Cannot live without... well, I´d be sorry to loose the scalp moisturizer, and the jojoba oil. And the mild dandruff schampoo, all by ACO, the swedish state pharmacy (well, not the oil, but they have a great almond oil that would do almost as well). They used to carry a great cortisone lotion especially for the scalp, but unfortunately, no more. I hate it when they discontinue something I like! But I guess I´m still alive, without it...
The more you complain, the longer God lets you live.

Cathy, I hope you're not offended or anything by "Honestly?", I meant that it was going to be my blunt opinion. I really believe that your hair grew fast and healthy just by itself, not because of some oil.
I can't live without my mixture of shea butter and jojoba oil. I
use it to oil my length (use very little, like a drop or two on dry
hair, then distribute the oil with a brush).
I have ultrarefined shea butter, so it doesn't mix to make a pretty
solution, (very oily and lumpy, even after blending with an electric
mixer), but grabbing one of the oily-lumpy bits and using that works
much better for me than jojoba alone (which makes my ends feel dry
somehow). I've heard that if you have unrefined shea butter, it
makes a nice mixture, but unrefined is also reputed to have a terrible
stink, so I never bought that kind and tried it. (And I also add
a couple of drops of essential oil to my mix to make it smell good - it
otherwise has no smell).

Olive oil, jojoba oil, and coconut oil are moisturizing oils you can buy at any health food store. Vitamin D, Fe, Mg. P, Ca, you can in a multi. Choline should be taken internally as foods such as egg, beef, salmon, codfish. Inositol is used in energy drinks but many studies have shown it to have no effect on the user. The human body also makes its own inositol.
Hope this helps

Hair Goal- Shoulder length growing it bra length in one year for the 8th grade!!
Nothing is guaranteed to make hair grow faster. No growth vitamins, oils, or herbal supplements. However they can make hair stronger and healthier, preventing damage, so it doesn't need to be cut. Patience and gentle minimal-damage haircare are the only two requirements.
