keraphix is a light protein. it depends on how bad the breakage is. if its really bad, you might have to do a heavy protein treatment like emergencee. and to prevent breakage after, you van do a light protein treatment with keraphix like twice a month. its really good

I havent but I've heard rave reviews about it...form what ppl say its a good light-medium protein conditioner. My roomate stated it was what saved her hair from falling out. She used it once a week. But if you have major breakage you should go with a hardcore protein like nexxus emergencee but before using any protein cond. make sure you know your hair type and what it likes especially when it comes to using protein. I dont use much protein treatment for my hair bec i dont really need it.

I wonder if this nexxus keraphix actually does a good job on conditioning hair.... anyone tried this?

a good light-medium protein condish that everyone talks about is Nexxus Keraphix...but its expensive....am sure others can be of better help.

I was at the hairdresser today and she told me that I need to use a protein conditioner to help combat the breakage I've been having.  What are some good reasonable products I can use.  My hair is just getting to bsl and I want to continue to grow it.
