All the doctors I have talked to agree on this: wrinkle creams don´t work. However, to prevent premature aging you can

a. Avoid overexposure in the sun as much as possible, use a good sunblock (a tan is a sign of damage!)

b. eat properly and avoid big weight fluctuations

c. keep moisturized, with a cream that suits your skin.

d. allow yourself to be happy and follow your heart when it comes to life defining decisions, because grief will age you no matter what creams you use

And if you get severe acne problems, see a dermatologist, to avoid extensive scaring. Happy aging - happy living!

The more you complain, the longer God lets you live.

do you thinks it would be a good idea to start wearing wrinkle creams at a young age? maybe it could like be a good preventive thing so that when the time comes when your at an age where you really do get them.. you can notice them less on you?
