yo cuz it dont take 4 months to spinn, thats too long, and i brush all the time every day wit a soft brush and still dont got bald spots

Bird......you won't get spinning waves in 3 weeks ! It's just impossible. Most ppl you see with 360 spinnin waves (like myself) have been working on them for MONTHS !! Mine took 4 months. Started in October of last year and by early February I was completely spinnin' - and have been since.
Keep brushing - at least an hour a day. Maybe 20 mins in the morning, 20 mins in the afternoon, and the same in the evening. (Don't brush for longer than that - unless you have the energy, and want to end up with bald spots.)
Durag/wave cap, moisturizer, and wave cream are a must too ! Without them your hair will remain as it is now.
Also make sure you have a HARD, as well as a medium or soft brush. In these early stages brush your hair with the HARD brush. Once you start getting the waves - which should be after about 2 months from now, then you can start using the medium/soft brush for what I like to call 'fine-tuning'.
Also know the DIRECTION in which to brush, as well as that of cutting your hair (very important).

Bird you tight man, your hair looks good to me. Keep brushing and try to brush at an angle in the middle in a circle. Also try a little more pomade for the pictures you post. With your hair type it shouldn't be too long before you'll be making them lay it down and crown you. Do your thang playa.
