actutally it depends on your texture in the first stages of waves and what type of brush u use

so if u start out in the waves game with caorse ,think hair your waves will be close but as the mouths progress they get spaced out to an extent

but mix ppl get em instanly

i like my waves in between close and spaced

waveing is mental a barrier u must over come
