Sorry, but color does not remove color you need to use a Color Remover with 20vol, lift it to orange and then put a level 6N + A over it to make it the brown color you want, this is too hard for a person to do themselves, you need to go to a professional.
I've been dying my hair for about 5 years now, firstly with wash in, wash out dyes, now with permanent, I have dyed my hair permanently black, and have tried to dye over it again, but no colour seems to be able to dye over the black! I've heard that you can get a color stripper but I've heard that is also very dangerous and bad for your hair, is there any way I can get my brown hair back without doing this? please help me! :-(
