I love my hairdresser!  (and my hair now) Called the salon this am, went in and my hairdresser put in a toner, made my highlights a warm dark golden blonde, very compassionate, told me he wanted me to be happy and the best part - didn't charge me!!

you can probably bet that they will charge you, unless you make them see it was there mistake (you might get a discount)..either way you should go ahead with it since you will be going to nyc :]

I don't think I can live with it and I'm going back tothe salon - do you think it's fair if they charge me?  I'm a very loyal customer and tip my hairdresser well.

We're going on a trip to NYC on the long weekend.  I want to look fabulous, I hope you're right that they can fix my hair.  I'm really down in dumps now.  At least the haircut turned out well...

Hi,

I had my hair professionally colored, the base is a medium warm brown with highlights.  I told my hair dresser I wanted bolder highlights and that's what I got but now I'm worried they are too white. He foiled my entire head using the base and the highlights.  The width of the highlights varies and most are fairly thin.

Should I go back and ask for a toner or should I wait for a few days?

Will the highlights turn more yellow over time or is it just wishful thinking?  My hair doesn't look bad it's just that I'm used to more golden tones in my hair.

Is there a toner I can buy at the drugstore or should I leave it up to a professional?
