Autralian broadway singer / actress Lucy Durack www.lucydurack.com has my vote for the best looking naturally long hair I've seen in a long time. She's recently changed her hair color by foiling in a copious amounts of honey blonde and it looks great lighter. (See Getty Images for the new look, I'm link phobic with them)

Personally I'd like to see a return to the days when hair stylists did cuts that could be dressed up and waved like hers. She's also has quite a doll face to go with it for a celeb and a real potential for starpower. I think that we can learn a thing or two from the Aussies, unlike the layered-to-the-max styles we been seeing here in the US where the bulk of the volume is overly reduced by razor shredding, we see the health and shine that comes through in through voluminous curls and bouncey waves. Hair of this quality is quite rare and I thought worth commenting on for those looking for something new.
