I'm getting more in a week or two. I'll have to go through it and see what I get. It's like Cracker Jacks - sometimes the surprise inside is complete garbage.
Joy, nice to see you here. What can you do about those random comments, yanno. There's one right now saying they're mad because my stock is so low (listen, if it was higher I'd be offering the garbage wefts, too) and that I haven't responded to any emails. I've had a dozen pleasant exchanges with this person since the 10th. I mean, things never fail to boggle the mind. Ya just shake it off and move along.
BHM is just like Hair Boutique, at least in the weave section...all we care about is the best products, the best hair and the best customer service. The woman who made the white girl comment is not well received over there, and her talk has NOTHING to do with the rest of the ladies over there.

So when are you getting more hair for sale amm?
I've been out of circulation for a while.
Just installed new PH braids this weekend.
SO maybe around winter break I'm going to want to put in HH again.
But having it, and looking at it, and touching it, and loving it in the meantime would be wonderful.

I hope she didn't give the HairBoutique ladies a bad view of us BHM'ers.
Not for me, takes more then one bad apple to ruin the bunch. I dont post on there, but I've been lurking on and off for months, lots of great advice and knowledge there.
Speaking as the black woman who started the thread on BHM in the first place, I can honestly say there is NO excuse for bringing race into business. She just publicly turned away many potential buyers of her hair (which is beautiful by the way). Customer service is a MUST! I plan to open an online beauty supply store and I don't think there's anything wrong with giving each other a little praise every now and then. I think Amm's hair is absolutely GORGEOUS, but as pretty as the hair is, people are always looking for a change (thats when the upset lady's hair would've come into play). I've always thought that instead of women constantly tearing each other down, we need to learn to build each other up- REGARDLESS OF RACE!!

I couldn't imagine the outrage if someone here were to ever suggest we not purchase from or use the services of individuals just because they were black, hispanic, asian, etc.

Maybe someone can explain why she made color an issue? Why the "wh*te" remark?
More importantly, how come someone didn't kick her ass up between her shoulderblades when she called the people "stupid" who got conned?
Well being a black women and also a active member over at BHM (which the name I use over there is my second name) She was probably feeling neglected...PERIOD, and like someone said before hand you just happened to be white and that made it worse for her. I don't condone her outrage, but then again you never know what a person is going through. You really have to put yourself in that person's situation when things like that happen. I try not to judge because it is NOT my place too. Also you just have to understand that when SOME black people use the word "white" it most cases their not trying to be offensive, but given history, when a white person or caucasian person saids anything in relations to race....the word "black" just hits a soft spot with people, that's just how it is and will forever be. Race will always be an issue with some people, really can't do anything about that. I just chalk her anger up to the fact that she felt neglected and ignored...once again I don't agree on how she went about expressing her feelings, but I feel she was really speaking out of anger, and not thinking clearly before she typed what she typed.

Aww gsmile you still haven't gotten those ends trimmed? I warned ya! I dont think oil will help the ends. I tried it on some of the other lighter bundles of hair that had splits. I wonder why the lighter hair all had more splits than the darker. Maybe it was from being outside or something?
Cherrycoke, nope haven't trimmed those ends, I keep hoping that the hair fairy will come and take care of it for me!!! If I believe, it will happen!!! Right???

It's so weird! You would not believe how many people are bidding on her hair now. I guess they feel bad for her or something. Based on the things she said I would never buy anything from her. Just plain old sad.
Damn skippy.
I dont care about race either, I buy the best hair I can for the bst price regardless if its from a black woman or a white woman, or a gay asian man.
And I would NEVER buy hair from someone who threw a tissy fit and acted like a child. She reminded me of a kid from a bake sale back in elementary school. "Why is everyone buying HER cookies but not mine! You all are stupid! *stamps feet"
