The lighter bits are extensions. In theory it's not fussy but once you take the extentions into consideration it is.

Overdone and fussy?  It's a straight bob!  One of the most un-fussy hairstyles ever!  I just thank God that it's blonde again!  As long as she's blonde, she could be bald and wearing a potato sack and she'd still be stunning!
