Your welcome.  Roller sets are a great no heat option.  I've been thinking of doing the same thing. It should help your hair a lot.

A lot of people like the organic root stimulator.  I didn't have too much luck using mine but I might try again.

well my aunt works in a visible changes salon and all they use is paul mitchell produects and i have a paul mitchell product called spray wax and i think it protects your hair from heat. But my hair is cute until the new growth comes in. Yesterday i washed my hair and let organic root stimulator egg mayonaise condition sit in my hait for about5 hours and i rinsed it out and it was so soft. But I rolled it. I have been thinking about just wearing roller sets and every now and the flat iron it because Im trying to decrease the use of heat. So, I guess Im just going to have to expierience like you said. Oh, thankx about the picture.

Your hair is beautiful!  Wow, what a pretty picture.

I've only used Paul Mitchell's heat seal for heat protectant.

For conditioners I use Lekair Cholesterol for deep treatments....or Oueene Helene Cholesterol.  I also like Dove, Fructis, Suave 2 minute repair, Pantene (but in moderation because it may leave build up).  My favorite leave-in is Africa's Best Organics liquid hair mayonaise.

You will have to do some experimenting and try different things because what works for one person't hair may not work for yours.  Hair care is such a trial and error type thing but just stick with this forum and you will learn a lot.

Congrats on deciding to go natural!  By pressing, do you mean with a pressing comb or with a flat iron?  I use a flat iron and make sure to use a heat protectant. Ceramic flat irons are the best.  Some of the ladies here can reccomend some good ones.  Weather you want to use oil on it or not is up to you but I've had the best luck with Black and Sassy's oil sheen spray.  I'm going to experiment with some others soon.  I've also used olive oil and that works good.
