Sorry Nita

but I have to be honest, my first order was beautiful, and the only reason I used the whol 1lb, was because I practiced colouring and cutting etc, thinking that it wasn't that expensive, so I would get some more.  It was the second two orders that have made me so mad!!.  I am sure you'll be fine, didn't want to scare people, but it should be said I think.

Hi ladies, I am not a hater, and was previously a fan of Indian Hairs, but beware, not all batches are equal, I have just had a very bad experience with them, and they were not that helpful offereing me a minute discount, considering I had told them I had to throw a whole batch away due to split ends "on a grand scale", and also way too many greys.  I was then sent a different batch (which I had to pay for in full with a discount of £9.00 english for my inconvenience),  What I have now recieved is a lot of reddish brown (I prefer natural dark brown as I am afro carribean), which is whispy as hell and full of split ends, but the worst part is that each bag is completely different to the other so I can't just wear it wavy as the patterns don't match unless I try to use one bag.  I am so upset because my first batch was so nice, but I am determined not to give Indian Hairs my money again.  I know a lot of ladies have been happy with their orders, but this is just a buyer beware notice for people to think about.

Actually when I posted the original question I had already placed my order with Indian hairs and had started to wonder if I had ordered the correct item or not. I wanted virgin remy single drawn. When I look a the page I see Natural & Remy Double Drawn. What I ordered was the Natural Straight assuming it was the single drawn...who knows.

Thanks,

Bridgette

Here's their site for unprocessed, uncolored, remy, single-drawn:

http://indianhairs.com/onlinestores.html

Their "straight" is never straight. It's a slight wave. And their "curl" isn't really a curl, it's a solid wave with maybe some ringlet type texture on the bottom. You get 1lb of hair per order and shipping is $40 no matter how much you order.

And let me say that the site *says* you get 1lb. They are consistently underweight.

The RK site is for their colored Indian hair. I've had some nice wefts out of there in the darker colors but the majority of the reviews are a solid thumbs down.

hi bridgette and marie -

good grief. i know. i tried emailing about 2 weeks ago to ask the same thing, and also i asked about curl patterns in the remy which was somewhat confusing for me............

i haven't heard anything back. i've heard pretty good things about their customer service so i was pretty disappointed myself.

I am confused, when I look at either website I do not see unprocessed/uncolored, remy single-drawn hair. I only see the remy single-drawn that is color treated. I emailed them several days ago but they never responded.

Thanks,

Bridgette
