You really want to avoid sun-in, it is about the worst thing you can do to your hair. It is a product designed to lighten the hair while claiming you don't 'bleach' it. It is very harsh. Just get highlights, it's gentler.
Just looking for a few good hair slaves - is that too much to ask?
I would recommend using Sun-In and then blow drying the hair, but make
sure to follow up with a good deep conditioning treatment if your hair is
in worse condition afterwards.

Also ur hair just might turn orange so beware, and this can be very drying to the hair. I don't normally like to recommend this but i hear that bblonde gel by john frieda is good for that sort of thing.

I hear that soaking your hair in lemon juice makes it lighter... is this true? Because if it is, I was thinking about trying it. I have light borwn/dirty blonde hair. In the summer it's a nice color, since I'm out in the sun all day and it lightens up, but when it's winter and I'm indoors most of the time, it's a yucky, dull color. At times it almost looks grey! (I'm 14 by the way) Do you think using lemon juice will help brighten my hair color?? I don't want to be totally blonde, though.... just a tiny bit lighter than it is now. Any good techniques?
