try colorfix and see how much dye you can get rid off. Colorfix is a color remover, you can get it a beauty supplies or online.

Then after removing the old dye, you'll need to dye your hair again. To make the dye appear more natural, I'd suggest mixing a neutral light brown shade with a warm light brown shade. (Since your hair will be very porous you'll need to pick a dye that's 1-2 shades lighter than your target level, if not your hair can end up looking black/blackish)
