PJ, the BHM poster got Loose curly, right? Not defending Bliss' slow shipping,
but the lady did tell me that if i wanted loose curly I could have had
it a lot sooner. But I got plenty of Bliss loose curly from last year,
don't need anymore of that. I'm in my curly phaze now

On another note, my UPS tracking number from China (hairhumanhair.com) isn't working either. I emailed Mr. Liu and he told me that the tracking number is correct, so I don't know what the heck is going on. Once before I kept checking a UPS tracking number for a domestic shipment, and UPS kept saying No information...all the way up till the day it arrived at my door.

Don't worry your package will come 4-5 days after you get a tracking number from Mr. Liu. I had the same problem with my tracking number. Even after shipment it still didn't work.

I had the same problem with the UPS code not working ...But, when you go to the www.ups.com main site, instead of picking USA, you *must* select China. After you load up the Chinese UPS site, waaay up in the top right-hand corner there's a UPS Logo, and click the button below that to translate the page to English, then you can track your packages :D
PJ, I've had that happen too w/ UPS pckgs (tracking # doesn't work).
But the package always arrives so we all will keep our 'fingas' crossed

Right now I'm dealing with getting a FED ex tracking # from Bliss for
my order that I placed last Tuesday. Man are they slow on shipping. It
was supposed to ship this tuesday, but when I called ystrday to get
tracking #, she said "oh it's going out today (wednesday). She said the
dedp curly hair I requested was in short supply and they had to wash a
bunch of hair to see which was deep and whic was loose curly. That took
some time I guess. She said if i'd ordered loose curly, it would have
shipped sooner. So note to anyone wanting Bliss deep curly: ORDER FAST
BEFORE IT ALL SELLS OUT AGAIN. I'm not complaining
too much about the slow shipping tho, especially if it means i am
getting TRULY curly hair!

Essence is the BHM member who just got her curly hair and it's really pretty, though it did take 4 weeks to arrive. It's probably the same Peruvian vendor. Essence said she found them on Alibaba and they were the only ones who were selling Peru Remy.
yeah they were really on the ball with me too and someone even called
me a few times to answer questions directly. I didn't order from them
yet tho. I ordered some Bliss when they started shipping again, so
maybe i'm set for a minute.
Oh awesome. I'll let her know. They still should be answering their emails, especially when they have a bunch of people waiting for late orders. She thought for sure she had been ripped off. This sounds like good news though.
I was surprised because they were so on the ball when I had emailed them with a bunch of questions.
Hi Cherry. I see someone over on BHM got their hair order from Peru;
don't know if it's same vendor or not. But she said it took forever to
come but finally arrived (today , i think) and she said they sent her
some free hair as a gift too. So tell your buddy maybe hers is
coming too...

I have an online buddy who is always looking for curly hair like me. She placed an order with that Peru place for some curly hair and was going to tell me how the order went. She said she placed it well over a month ago and they kept emailing her saying to be patient that they were having some problems getting their curly hair for her. They also apologized and promised to send some gift hair for the problems. She was fine with that and just waited. On the 4th they emailed her and told her it was on its way and gave her a tracking #. She said the tracking # didn't work anywhere and she has been emailing them daily since the 4th asking where the tracking # is suppose to work. She tried usps, fedex, ups etc. They haven't answered any of her emails since the 4th. She said that they were really good about answering her emails up to that point. Her package hasn't arrived yet and still no email from them. I'll let you guys know if she ever gets that expensive hair she paid for.
