I think you should get it colored and highlighted first, and then get the perm. (for practical reasons. Somehow it sounds easier to color and highlight straightish hair)

You'd have to go through the chemical processes anyway.

I am going to get my hair colored and highlighted next month but I need another perm also. What should I do first?? Please help me.
