Interesting.  I can't beleive they used the little man from the Sprite commercial for an example

i was thinking about the same thing why do they refer to it as african american hair ??!!! i am african but not American ...

Just out of curiosity, why is nappy hair referred to as African 'American' when the majority of wooly haired people reside in sub-saharan Africa?
