well... i'd say yes dats why i use a soft brush in da shower cos most have curls in their hair and the brush straightens those curls into waves and the easiest way to do this would be a hard brush obviously but wen you got waves a soft brush would define them like cardinal said

a soft brush iz 4 niccas wit soft hair....if you got stubborn, hard hair then you need a hard brush. If you got thick stubborn hair and you switch to a soft brush it probably wont do ****. If you switch from soft to hard you'll get faster results....just gotta get used to the hard bristles. I been usin a hard brush and will never switch

I was wondering....I been using a hard brush all the time. I have results all over by the hard brush but, I never used a soft brush b4 and I want to know if there'sa difference? between hard and soft?
