I think it doesn't matter of what ethnicity the person is who does your hair, in fact, that's a racist statement!
What does matter is what type of training and experience they have had. Do they only do one method, or are they well versed in many application methods? How many years have them been doing it? Also ask to see before and after pictures.
Is it best to have your hair done by a black person or does it matter...I am white and my hair is so fine...I feel the extensions would help with that...And my hair gets to below my shoulders and just stops there....(I am not a Racist...Please forgive me if I came across that way!)

I actually live in Tulsa, Ok... I know that the Ihloff Salon does the Great Lengths... they run about $1500- $2000.
But, I had a friend tell me about a Salon on 71st called "Enriques" if thats how you spell it.. and they like specialize in doing extensions... & I heard they were good.. I havent seen them... I think their prices are like 500 to 650 or something.. I'm sure depending on your hair..
I got my hair done at a place in Dallas... because, I wasnt sure of where to go here.. & there is alot of salons there that do extensions.. so I had more to choose from. (the drive is about 3 1/2 hours)
