The only one I've read is Andre's book.  I liked it and it's worth buying......I got mine at the dollar store though.

let's see- i have read and own- the first three books on your list and i have also read and own the last book on your list -they were all worth purchasing and owning in my person opinion- i got different things from each one of them.
