When your doing your daily regimin while brushing spend some extra time on the top only before you start on everything else. To make the process quicker wet the top of your head and brush it until it dries. An while doin this use either a soft or medium brush.......

you should focus more on that specific area. there's no trick to it. jes keep on brushing and theyll come in eventually.
you might want to try spraying ur hair with water and brushing till dry. you might see better results this way. but dont O/D it with a hard brush cuz it may make ur waves come in crooked.
