not really buddy nutralizing shampoo is to get rid of the stuff thats in a kit besides that its just a rugurl shampoo

you shouldnt  use it once because it f**ks up your waves (if any) when you first use it the first time. so when you do realize that it has ed up your hair you will have to cut it low almost three times to get it back to your natural texture.
