hmm. i ordered from ebonyline about 2 months ago - just one weft of bohyme; the next day i got an email saying - oh we don't have that color in stock - please tell us what else you might want...so i reemailed (no customer service #, argh) a different color, then 2 days go by and i get a new email with a link to some order that was totally not mine - wrong bohyme texture, color, length, etc. so i reemail, wait a day, get an email saying my order had been shipped..

luckily what showed up at my door was my second choice order...i hate when there is no customer service # b/c it takes forever and the email thing (as evidenced above kirsty) can be very hard to cypher sometimes. sigh.

next time i ordered through hairsisters.com, got the hair on sale, and got complete tracking info, updates, and an order number right away.

ok now i am totally confused. see email below from ebonyline.
what they sent me is nottt a piano side by side arrangement it is one collour on top of the other

We will explain about the Bohyme color and your order again.
 
Bohyme does make color code D & H such as d14/24 or H 14/24.
D & H are are  both piano colors which is vertical  hair arrangement. M is vertical color arrangement but it is through mix.
 
Again, whether you purchase D14/24(machine tied) or H14/24(hand tied), the color arrangement will be the same..
 
We checked the color which we sent you but it is piano color.
Because two color is not much different, it may not be looked piano color.
If you  look at it closer, you will see the hair arrangement  with two colors like piano.
If you buy such as D 1/613, then it will be looked piano at a glance becasue of distinctive color combination.
 
Even if you receive hand tied for the same color, the color arrangement will be about the same.
However, hand tied is more accurate arranging the hair and may give more distinctive color than machine tied.
 
We want to help honestly but  this is the first time we received complain for the color arrangement.

they should specify on the site about piano colours and handtied v machine!!

I was just speaking about Bohyme hair (She specifically was talking about the Bohyme brand). I'm sure there are other brands that do it differently.

im getting 90% of all my machine made wefts in piano colours.

but its more work and most supplier dont like to do that : /

Machine wefts do not come in piano colors. If you want bohyme hair in piano colors you need to order it in handtied.

 

Handtied dual color (Piano color aka:side-by-side color):

Dual color machine weft (a true mix):

i am so annoyed. like 3 weeks ago i ordered 18/22 piano mix from ebonyline.. they told me that it was not in stock in the 18/22 but they would give me the 14/24 instead ..which they said was 'so similar we cannot tell the difference..'' sceptikal i was i took it , but before i acepted it asked them IS THIS A PIANO MIX. ''yes this is a piano mix'' the said

 

so 3 weeks later i get my order.. 14/24 nothing like the 18/22 and its not a piano mix its just a regular blend and will not match my hair.

 

so i email them and they tell me that bohyme does not do piano mix colours!!! what a lie!! i have ordered loads from them before they sooo dooo do piano mix. they said they will offer me a refund or an exhcange..

 fiar enough but by the time that comes it will have been like 7 weeks just to get my frickin hair. and they want me to pay for shipping...
