interesting, similar problems also occuring with me. My top aint forming the waves as good as the sides. But am still gnnna continue to brush the top, hopefully they will come into place soon.

Answer 2 Wave Problems . . . Simply Just Brush More Dammit!

i had a nice little afro and then some twisties in my head before i got it cut and i swear on my life the minute my top was cut i had a wave formation..not a deep well cared for formation but i had little waves there off tha bat. My back came in with a little work and i just frinally got tha brushin at an angle thing for my sides..so now i got about 3 or 4 waves connected

People struggle with different parts on their hair. For me it's the back and lower sides. That's because I fade it sometimes and cut it real low. It's all to the good I'm still spinning.

 if yo top is the quickest thing to come in then damn cause my sides have been in for like 2 weeks and still barely no top.

You will break the current pattern if you've been brushing down.

But that's OK.

If you want that true 360 pattern, brush sides at an angle. Your waves will connect better anyway. If your really do it right you will have a small wave circle in the middle of your head.

nah boy some people might wanna continue to brush down but if u want u can brush at that angle so the connection would be better, and how come u cant get waves on the top thats one of the quickest parts of ur head that should get them waves

Okay i cant get waves on the top of my head only the sides. before i came to this website i brushed the sides down, so my waves on the side or down. should i start 2 brush it at and angle? or no because i might break my waves?
