Coloring Hair With Extensions

Hi Fabolous,

Here's a picture of my natural hair color and one of my current bleached color:

Big difference...haha

I always do a full install after my hair has been freshly bleached/colored. I get my roots bleached every 4 weeks with my hair extensions in. All of my new growth comes in almost black so I have my hairdresser paint the bleach on my roots below the bonds. I've never had a problem with any breakage by doing it this way.

I just took out all my extensions and check out how awesome my hair is looking with NO EXTENSIONS:

Of course everyone's hair is different so you may want to try only doing dye around a few of your bonds and see how they hold up before you do a full head

P.S. I do my extensions on myself with fusion

What method are you using? Did jenny ever find anything to hide the damage?

I have recently bleached my hair blonde. Since I have not installed extensions again, beacause I have to color my roots every 3 weeks. Now I am going to install proflex strips, and remove in 3 weeks do my roots and reinstall. But I miss my shrinkie/fusion combo, and I was wondering how many color there hair successfully with extensions installed.
