Stop cutting it and let it grow that all. There are different hair size afros. You got the baby fro, medium size fro, and then there's the big fro like Super Fly sported in those old Black explortation movies.

I use to have a big afro after I took the braids out. I got tired of all that hair so I cut it off and got waves instead.
