And you're welcome on the "warning" Sherrie. I paid by Visa/ ATM card (didn't realize it when I went thru paypal, I usually pay with Discover card)so they sent me a "dispute form" to fill out and send in- hope that works. Also, this merchant is listed on Ebay and has lots of negative feedbacks. She apparently also sells fake Juicy merchandise.
Paypal would not help you? That really sucks. If you payed by credit card Id get with them....I had a problem once with a hair supplier and my credit card refunded my money. Thanks for the warning!

DO NOT order any products from wwwSultryhair.com- I just got my order in for the 50 strands of hairextensions I paid for thru paypal and only received 25!!! To make matters worse, the hair is of HORRIBLE dry quality and cannot be used. My emails so far remain unanswered and no phone number and address is listed on their website. Paypal cannot help me in this since they do not offer this kind of guarantee, all they offer is a guarantee for the shipping. I just checked out the Better Business Bureau and realized I'm not the only one! So buyers BEWARE!!!
