Can you repost the pictures?
If you do your own braid & sew cornrows, You're amazing!! How many rows do you put in? Ever thought about getting into the hair business? You would be a natural.
i have thin fine bleached blond skandinavian hair, and im thinkning of getting a sew-in to give my hair a "rest" My hair is not at ALL slippery, i make kinda "cornrowish" braids for fun some times (they are not so linear) and they stay in until i unbraid them...
Any if you have any experiance with sew ins on caucasion hair? ive seen loads of gorgoues african women here with them, they look great!^^

Hi there Kalena, hope you are well. My freind and I are on a quest for some good synthetic hair, we are fed up of this so called remi acting like horse hair. lol. I found Eve Biox hair on line here: http://store.goldenmartbeautysupply.com/evesybiha.html
So we are going to tru that, I already liked pro 10 and we are also looking at freetress heat resistant and normal non heat resistent batik.
Are you still wearing synth,if so which brand. I'll let you know how we go.
sorry for the super long delay-- i`ve been sooOo busy with work & school-- i`m completely swamped!!!!!
to answer questions.. i bought the hair at a small local hair shop in my area, so i`m not sure exactly how many retailers are out there that sell it. the only length i saw at that shop for the straight wefted ones is 14", and i failed to mention this before, but i use a yaki texture with my hair. they also had the hair in bulk and different curl patterns as well, but you can still curl the straight hair and it holds it great. straight ironing, i don`t have to wet the hair before hand, but when curling it then i do.
to update... after two weeks and 4 washes, the wefts on the backs are holding pretty good-- none of those have come out yet. i had put a couple of the browns in to compensate for my short bangs, but those two had slipped out. the hair itself is holding quite lovely. i iron at least once every other day, and the end are still like they were when i first installed the hair. sometimes i forget that i had put in synthetic and not human, haha... the first pic is pre-brown slippage. the second is post slippage (and bad lighting).
Also kelena (sp), can you explain a bit more about ironing the hair, I may be getting some pro 10 which can also take heat, but i like to do flicks with the st8 iron on human hair, do you think that proflex will do that and what is the shortest length.
Sorry for all the questions, just interested

you can! that`s what i love about that synthetic-- it doesn`t melt or get all nasty feeling when you apply heat. it irons out straight and it holds curl pretty good, just make sure the hair is wet and then use a hot iron then let it cool first. this is what the hair looks like curled-- of course it has the brown with it, too, `cause i wanted to see what it would look like:
WOW! That looks amazing! I LOVE how the brown peeks through the black - so much prettier than those stark streaks people paint on (no offense to streak wearers - jmo). And you mixed hh with synth?! Whew - it's just awesome looking!
