Don't apologize - this is good info to know. I've been watching your updates and really feeling for your friend. This is just completely unacceptable performance on this supplier's part.
Sorry to keep posting updates. But thought I'd keep those updated who are considering ordering from Peru. Another 10 days have passed and no hair. She received an email from them entitled: WILL SEND TRACKING # TOMORROW. Then it said "Happy Thanksgiving"inside.
She literally about pee'd herself with excitement and forwarded me the email. When she wrote them back all elated, they apologized and said that was an OLD subject line they had clicked and that they did not have the hair. Sure enough it was the subject line of some emails she received months before promising her hair. I think this order is going on 5 months in a week or so. I'll find out for sure.
Just thought I'd update those who are considering ordering that hair from peru. My friend is on the warpath. Last monday they told her that the boss was sick and would be back friday and would get back to her friday. (Not this last monday, the monday before.) Friday came and went so she emailed several times. Finally she received one email from someone else saying that only "Maria the boss could help her" and hasn't heard anything since. So another 2 weeks of no hair and no information. She's been sending the mails to 2 of their emails. Has anyone hear had any contact with the Peru company the last few weeks?
