I'm no expert cuz i don't wear em so correct me if I'm wrong.. but I would say try lifting from the front and easin it more from one side with ease. Thats how I take my caps off and dont mess up my hair.. But uhhh. .. .. You have to brush afterwards anyways so it really doesnt matter...
