MSM questions

You have noticed an increase in hair loss? I hope that doesn`t happen to me. I just started taking MSM about a week ago. I didn`t know it could cause hair loss, I have only heard that it encourages hair growth.

The only thing I can think of is that maybe it`s your old hair being replaced with new, healthy hair growing in. Does your hair seem thicker despite your increase in hair loss? I know this sounds a little far fetched, but I guess it`s possible. If this isn`t it, I would do a little research about MSM, which is what I may do too, just to see if hair loss with MSM may be an indication of an underlying health problem. I`m sure it doesn`t, but it`s always a good idea to consider all options. :)

As far as royal jelly goes, I have never heard anything about it pertaining to any effect on hair, but I would need to look more into this. I have heard about saw palmetto having a positive effect on hair growth, especially in men, but I don`t know if it would have a similiar effect on women.
