yes and no.. if you put some .. dont put a lot.. you should focus more on moisture and moisturizers..

HELL NO.....
UR HAIR WILL NOT BE TRAINED IF IT'S IN PLACE.....YOU HAVE TO LOOSEN UP THE ROOTS BY LEAVING UR HEAD MOIST, AND OR WET.....I SUGGEST WHEN TRAINING....BRUSH IN THE SHOWER....THEN DRY IT WIT A TOWEL....APPLY PINK LOTION TO UR DAMP HEAD, AND BRUSH 4 5MINS ONLY...N E MORE THAN 5MINS IS UNCIVILIZED.....NOW WHERE HAVE I HEARD THAT B4...????

im goin into week 3.5, and my stuff sticks up a lil, u jus gotta pomade that down and if it still dont stick down then idk what to tell u

I used water and a brush to train my hair....but you can still use a pomade when growing out your hair

Do ya'll still put in pomade when you are letting your hair grow out 4-5 weeks to train. I used to have my wave game tight but when I moved tha new barber didn't know what tha hell he was doing and cut it too low and****ed it all up. So I was tryin to come back harder than before wit spinners if u can help holla
